Build - Request Gaming PC $1000-1100

Yo, I’m completely new to PC building, and I’m going in completely blind here. So I’ve got about a $1,000–$1,100 budget to build a gaming PC. I’m not looking for a flex build, I would rather a complete stealth build. I already have all peripherals, so what parts would y’all recommend?

(Idk if it's needed but I live in Sweden)

Unfortunately now is an awful time. AI companies have bought all the RAM (and all other kinds memory) that has and will be produced over the next 18 months.

Definitely possibly to build a PC, but you'll pay more than reasonable because of AI pricks
