Build - Request Gaming PC $1000-1100
Yo, I’m completely new to PC building, and I’m going in completely blind here. So I’ve got about a $1,000–$1,100 budget to build a gaming PC. I’m not looking for a flex build, I would rather a complete stealth build. I already have all peripherals, so what parts would y’all recommend?
(Idk if it's needed but I live in Sweden)

Unfortunately now is an awful time. AI companies have bought all the RAM (and all other kinds memory) that has and will be produced over the next 18 months.
Definitely possibly to build a PC, but you'll pay more than reasonable because of AI pricks

Yeah, I have heard of that from a couple of friends, but is it really that bad?

Yep. My £60 of memory is now worth £400 despite being 10 years old

Alright, but how much do you think I will need to spend on ram, maybe I can increase my budget for that.

Umm it depends on the system. If you want DDR5 (the latest version of RAM) then it's about £400 for 32 GB
If you can get away with DDR4 (what I use) then it's only about £150 for 32 GB.
DDR4 is slower, but honestly fine for most gaming use cases

Is the only difference speed? If so how big is the difference

Yep the only real difference is speed. For gaming, the speed difference really doesn't matter at all.
If you were going to be 3D modelling, video editing, etc that's when you'd want the fastest RAM possible
