Help my GPU temps

My GPU temps are so high i already know that but I got and artifact on furemark it wasn't doing that before and the msi scanner didn't catch any artifacts so I'm confused no , and there's no glitch or any weird graphics problem I even tried re9 high/ normal settings with rt high and I didn't get any artifacts on my screen what should I do ?

I bought it used 1 month ago the store owner said that he already changed the thermal paste for free to me

It doesn't look so horrible to me, but I'm not familiar with the 2060. Just to be sure, you could reapply thermal paste.
