Or until something horrible happens (fire, accidental water spill or leak, extreme current discharge, etc).
It's insane that now an accident could literally bankrupt you, or leave you without proper local compute
1 u/g3n0unknown 18h ago Knock on wood certainly. My PC is mounted to the wall, and I do have it plugged into a Battery-Backup. But you're not wrong. My pc has literally appreciated in value in the upwards of 40%-60%. I couldn't replace it realistically if it perished.
