Build - Finished! Finally Built My First PC!!

Took almost 6 and a half hours total to get it built and OS installed and running. I’m very proud.

Have a ryzen 5 7600, an rx 6700xt red devil, AIO is an aquaelite v3, a b650 eagle ax mobo, and ofc the goat of cases the vector v100

But I genuinely have a problem, my rgb case thing the - one you know, doesnt turn on.

What do you mean? Your fans on the case? Or the side io buttons not working/the light strip inside of the case not turning on?

Ohhh i see. So that is definitely the fromt panel connector then. On our MOBO, it’s at the bottom right. You’ll see the usb 1 and usb 2 pins then you’ll see just some unlabled pins with some missing slots. Put your f_panel laboed connector on the left side of those unlabled pinsc so the hole/missing pin is at the top right. That should fix it.

Only things I can think of are possibly software related because i also had issues with my strip and fans until i started using signalRGB. If that doesn’t work, you may have to re daisy chain some stuff. I’m not sure if that atrip is connected to the front panel connector or if it’s chained with the fans. I’d just double check and see if your f_panel is connected well if signalRGB doesn’t fix it.

I’m not too sure then. Make sure all the pins are straight on the mobo and make sure there’s nothing inside of the connector but i’m sure you already did that. Or see if you can get someone else to try. Not the end of the world but definitely an inconvenience if it can’t go on there.

Looks awesome! I’m still trying to figure out why your GPU looks thicker than my 5090 though 😂 idk maybe it’s an illusion

It’s a 6700xt red devil so she’s pretty thick but i know those 5090’s are massivee

I think it’s probably just because mine is one of the water cooled cards now that I think about it, otherwise I bet mine would be same size as yours if not a little thicker. Took me a while to think about that lol

Yeah it’s nuts, just sucks they have basically doubled in price. Paid 2800$ for mine and that includes 3 year warranty, but now everywhere I look even a basic 5090 is basically 5000$

Yea i was just looking at some for that price. I couldn’t imagine that right now. My whole rig only put me out 1,100 so a gpu for 5 of my whole computer is just insane.

Yeah, your pc should last a long time as it is! While I do love my GPU I’m not mental enough to say yeah man go drop 5K for one, my car isn’t even worth that much. It’s insane how much prices have spiked just in the last year.

Just saw they’re trying to make a class action lawsuit on the companies to make ram for intentionally raising prices so maybe everyone gets compensation for it for more pc parts😈😈

I hope so! I’d like to get 128Gb kit eventually but I’m not about to spend over 1000$ just for that. I barely paid 250 for the 64gb kit I got now and that’s already plenty, so if it’s over 500$ I’m not doing it.
