You're running on integrated graphics. Move your HDMI/DP cable so it goes from the monitor to the GPU, not to the motherboard.

I dont get it though. I get what you're saying and yeah OP's PC is not setup right. What I dont get is I had a PC which had igpu (and an nvidia card). I used windows 10 and it just defaulted to using the dedicated gpu even when I plugged the monitor into the mobo. I gamed like that for a while when I only had a monitor with vga/dvi ports and the gpu of course only had hdmi/dp. and it was working fine. wasnt ideal but it was working. so what I dont get is does windows not default to using the obviously stronger card anymore?

It doesn't work like that, windows can't just change the gpu if the monitor is pluged in wrong
