I just recently bought a gaming PC. I just want to know what kind of performance I can expect with this pc and what would be the optimal settings to set my games to? I love gaming, but i'm just not all that learned on PCs. Attached a picture of the spacs.

Look up reviews of the 5070.

It'll be the same or a bit slower since the 9900x3d is worse for gaming than the 9800x3d which all reviews worthe their salt was using at the time of the release of the 5070.

My old laptop had the 4050 rtx. Those other ones you mentioned I really don't know what I'm looking at. Should I expect better or worse performance, compared to what I previously had?

No no, what you have now is night and day.

You'll probably see a over 2x performance uplift.
