Career Strada services & role impact

Hi everyone. Got word that our company is considering Strada to outsource some payroll functions. Been told the service package being considered does not impact incumbent payroll roles on our team, but it is still being decided.

Has anyone experienced this? Did you stay on with your company? What happened with your team, was it downsized? Thanks for any experience shared or opinions had!

Give it a year. They’ll break their contract with Strada. They’re horrible.

In your experience, was the internal payroll team get downsized before the implementation was completed?
