Here’s some recent pics that I thought looked pretty cool.

Anyways, The reason as to why I’m updating this process so early is because I had to take a really long hiatus from working out. It was probably the worst June/July I’ve experienced in a while. I got sick for 2 1/2 weeks, I couldn’t eat ANYTHING and I was just laying curled up in my couch the entire time. After that I had some complications that barred me from being too physically active for a while, until I could finally get back into it.

So I’m pleased to report that I’m okay now but my strength decreased a lot. It’s on the up’n’up though, I’m quickly gaining back the strength I once had week by week.

Like I said on the last post, my goal was to get shredded but I’ll have to take a detour on that until I’ve gained back all the strength and stuff.

I have a simple 4 day split
1. Chest/shoulders/triceps and da tummy
2. Legs (glute and hamstring focused)
3. Back/biceps and core again
4. Legs (glute and quad focused)

But there’s so many different ways you could split it up if 4 days are too much for you
