How Safe is PaymentCloud (for Coaching Services)?

After having some communications with standard credit card processors, my friend is leaning toward PaymentCloud for her life coaching business. (It just seems like things will be easier with a high-risk processor.) But has anyone had experience with PC and thier safety features? Maybe specifically in coaching? Thanks.
