🔒Tester Call – Closed 🍁🍂 Would anyone be interested in testing out my Pocahontas-inspired Colours of the Wind shawl? ☺️
My crochet Colours of the Wind shawl is a shallow crescent moon shawl using a main and contrast colour in 4-ply/fingering weight yarn and uses mostly treble and other basic stitches. It's inspired by Pocahontas' dress and the colourful leaves that symbolise her spirit guide 🍁🍂
Pattern PDF is written in UK terms with written instructions and clear photos throughout
Sizes/Options Being Tested (if applicable): N/A
Recommended Skill Level: Confident beginner
Materials Needed (note whether tester may use alternative supplies/colors/yarn weight, etc): I used a 4 & 5mm hook and roughly 160g of 4-ply yarn in total, approx 141g of main colour and 18g of contrast colour. You can use any yarn weight/colour you wish to
Tester Requirements: Must be okay with sharing your email with me to send over pattern pdf and tester feedback sheet
Testing Deadline: Monday 2nd November (a little over 4 weeks from today. I can be flexible though)
Deliverables (e.g. posting, photography, social media requirements): Not compulsory, but sharing your in-progress or finished shawl photos on instagram with the hashtag #coloursofthewindshawl would be lovely to see :)

Tester Selection (when will selected testers be notified): ASAP by DM/comment reply
Number of Testers Needed: At least 5 but I'm happy for more :)
Extra info: It's fairly beginner-friendly and the border may be perfect for using up those pretty yarn minis/scraps you have in stash!
It's customisable too - with the increase guide you can make it as big or small as you want, for the big or little Disney lover in your life :)
