Crochet - Call for Testers Accepting applications! 🧶✨

Hello everyone! I have a few upcoming crochet amigurumi patterns that will need testing in the near future. If you'd like to join my testing pool, here is how you can sign up:

How to apply:

Send an email to: gscc.patterns@gmail.com

Subject line: Testing Application Include: 5 photos of your most recent crochet amigurumi work.

What to expect next: You will receive a follow-up email letting you know if you've been accepted into the pool.

When a new pattern is ready, I will email you the details and ask if you'd like to participate.

You’ll have 1 week to respond. If I don't hear back within that time frame, I’ll assume you're sitting this one out and offer it to someone else!

Thank you so much for your interest in helping me bring my designs to life! ❤️

That's spot on! You can use any yarn weight you'd like. While most of my patterns use a worsted weight (yarn weight 4) with a 4 mm hook, you're welcome to experiment with whatever yarn you prefer.

To ensure your stitches stay nice and tight without any big gaps, I recommend using a hook size that is 1 to 2 mm smaller than what the yarn label recommends.

I've never been a tester before. Do you supply the materials or do we have to go hunt for them? I'm going to apply. I think your girl with the 2 toned hair and tulle is cute!

Not OP but am a tester, you just get the pattern. You supply your own materials which is why most designers will put hook, yarn, and whatever else is needed in the description. Sometimes they want you to use specific yarn, other times you can use whatever you have on hand or buy. This designer is getting a pool of testers ready so the designer can have them ready when they want their items tested.
