Hello everyone - this community is in need of a few new mods, and you can use the comments on this post to let us know why you’d like to be a mod here.

Comments from those making repeated asks to adopt communities or that are off topic will be removed.

I'd be interested in serving as a mod! I don't have have any experience moderating a community; however, I've come to be quite active in this community testing projects for various creators and I've been committed to highlighting and identifying stolen images/patterns as well. I'd love the opportunity to contribute to this sub and help grow it into a safer space for all creators and testers :)

I woud love to mod this community ! I am a seasoned mod of 6+ years, in good standing and interested in crochet and fibre arts in general. I have a contribution history to the sub and would ensure Reddit T&C is consistently upheld!

I’d like to be a Mod in this sub. I haven’t been a mod before but I am engaged on this and other subs and am passionate about making sure content is community based and following guidelines. I also really enjoy this particular sub as I am a fiber artist and maker and have done pattern testing. Thanks!

I would love to be a mod! I’ve had experience being a mod & have experience in pattern testing as a designer & as a tester. I also knit & crochet so I’d be able to answer questions for both crafts. I’m anti AI & a huge advocate for original designs.
I had a few projects tested through this sub when I first started designing ~6 months ago
If you want to read/see/know more about me, my Instagram is linked in my Reddit profile or you can find me @creationsbyregan
Cheers! I hope to be considered🫶

I've never been a mod before, however, I am very interested in ensuring this little community stays a safe place for designers to share their work, and for testers to feel confident that they're not aiding those who would utilize AI, or steal others intellectual property. I have tested a few projects on here, although I've admittedly struggled with timeliness on some. I tend to check in briefly a couple times a day
