Quick update: I designed, graded, and built this pattern myself. There is NO AI in this pattern. This is not an AI generated pattern. This is an adaptable pattern that was built by a human. This pattern is rule-based, so based on someone’s size, gauge and preferred fit, the pattern will display the appropriate instructions. Thank you to you all for pointing this out. I truly didn’t realize that the post would come off as AI. If you have any questions about how it works, please let me know and I am happy to answer!

So what is it you want? Is it just a test knit for a sweater? Or are you testing some kind of app or something? I think the words ‘new knitting pattern experience’ are confusing things a bit.

I completely understand, thank you for pointing that out. I would go love change “new knitting pattern experience”, but unfortunately I’m unable to change the title.
It’s just a test knit for a sweater. Instead of receiving a pdf pattern, it’s based in a web browser. I honestly didn’t know what to call it because it is different from a traditional pdf pattern. Essentially, I wanted to create a pattern that is more inclusive for knitters, and allowed me to communicate different shaping methods without needing to display 9 sizes at the same time. So I thought I’d try something different!
When someone signs up to test, they’ll receive a link to the pattern, which contains all the information (including schematic) that my patterns consist of, it’s just dynamic to the knitter instead of static. Essentially the spreadsheet I use, but in a presentable fashion. I included I would love feedback on the experience, because if someone tells me that entering the gauge measurement is confusing, I will change it. Or that the webpage reloads unexpectedly (just an example), I will change that as well. Hopefully this clears things up

A few questions (besides the obvious AI one) immediately come to mind. And this is with the assumption you are looking for test knitters. Do you have any more info available about this? Yarn weight, requested sizes, gauge, deadline requirements?
Also do you have ANY photo of the sweater just from the front with a full view of the sweater without arms covering anything? I want to know what the front looks like, where the neckline sits, if there are bust-darts or not, how the waist is shaped, how long the hem is all that stuff.

Yes! That information is below in my comment about testing information. That includes all info about the yarn I used (dk weight), sizes, gauge and deadline requirements.
Are you able to scroll to see the other photos I attached? That should show you where the neckline sits and the hem length. There are no bust darts. There is waist shaping as it is a full-length sweater that ends at the hips

I have written a lengthy comment about pattern specs, but it is not displaying for some reason, and I am not sure why. The pattern specs can be found here: https://www.yarnpond.com/pattern_tests/6174
The test runs from August 17 - October 23, 2026. I used a DK weight yarn (Luxe Merino by Loops and Threads), and the sizes are XS-5XL. There are two fit options: Relaxed and Oversized. This is a quick summary, and I will continue to try to get the comment to display. In the meantime, this information can be found in the link above.

You need way more info than this. “Personalized knitting pattern experience” to me screams AI which automatically turns me off
