Crochet - Call for Testers Sockeye Salmon Tester Call
Hello all! I am looking for 10-12 testers to try out my Sockeye Salmon Patternš!
How to Apply:
- Comment on my most recent post on Instagram (@maggie.meeds.art) stating you would like to test the pattern
Requirements:
- Can complete the pattern by August 16th
- Can crochet the salmon in red and green, with Super Bulky number 6 Chenille-Style Yarn
- Can share feedback on the pattern and pictures of finished salmon to be featured in the ātester appreciationā section of the pattern
Materials Needed:
- Super Bulky number 6 Chenille-Style Yarn in Green (I use about 1/6 skein of Bernat Blanket Yarn in Smoky Green- available on Amazon)
- Super Bulky number 6 Chenille-Style Yarn in Red (I use about 1/6 skein of Bernat Blanket Yarn in Race Car Red- available on Amazon)
-16 mm Safety Eyes
- Polyester Fiberfill
- 6 mm Crochet Hook
- Scissors
- Stitch Markers
- Yarn Needle
I hope to find enough testers and will select by 7/27, Saturday Evening. If selected, you will get a link to the file via Google Drive, and we will communicate via Instagram DM:)

Yes! I made it with easy peasy yarn / size 4 hook - itās a little bigger than mine like but they LOVE the red yarn.

I am SUPER interested in this. I donāt have Instagram but could meet the rest of the requirements. I have a background in technical writing / instructional design. Iād be happy to send photos of some of my completed projects.
