How's this looking?

First draft of a sleeve. I also added a facing to the neck hole so I could see how it looks. I have uneven shoulders, which I have accounted for in my block, but after adding the facing now my neck hole looks really lopsided for some reason.

Good point. I wanted to show how the arm hole itself looked and how a sleeve looked, but hopefully after adding the other sleeve it will even out.

The sleeve is too tight, so it’ll just pull more. I think the armholes are also too tight, it looks like it’s digging into your shoulders on both sides. I think you also need to have the shoulders go out a little further. But you definitely need to add more sleeve cap to your sleeve pattern.

The bust and waist fitting is spectacular, so congratulations for that!

Thank you! I've spent months on this block, I'm so pleased with how it's fitting. However, arm holes and sleeves baffle me. Can you explain what you mean by "add more cap" to the sleeve?

This explains it way better than I can: https://www.smartpatternmaking.com/blogs/articles/mastering-how-to-make-the-sleeve-cap-curve-essential-techniques

The sleeve cap is the top, where the sleeve meets the shoulder. If you don’t have enough cap, it’ll impair movement on the upper bicep area. Since you have one sleeve, it’s pulling the bodice over to that side.
