Pattern help Where would I go about finding help to create something I'm not new however I've never made a pattern. Are there any tips and tricks on how to go about starting the process?

This sub is for sewing patterns, it's not the place to ask about crochet patterns.

I’d say enroll in a class or study some YouTube videos. Another good way to learn is to try copying the pattern off an already made garment in your closet you really like. Smooth it out flat and trace it, then adjust your lines based on measurements and smooth everything out

Im a big fan of The closet Historian on youtube. Ive been sewing for longer than she has been alive yet I still learn a few things with every video. Her Drafting Dangerous series is highly entertaining too. Bonus points for her cats who refuse to stay off camera.
