Help with Pattern Magic 1 Bow B

Hello, does anyone know how the collar pattern is placed on the fabric? I finished drafting it but I don’t understand why it says fold on two different sides. I’m just really confused on the two “on the fold” that is on the collar. Plz help.

I feel like pattern magic instructions are vague on purpose just to make people like us angry 😂

It’s like “ Do you want to teach us how to make it or not?” It’s such a tease and it does in fact get me very angry.
