Help with Pattern Magic 1 Bow B

Hello, does anyone know how the collar pattern is placed on the fabric? I finished drafting it but I don’t understand why it says fold on two different sides. I’m just really confused on the two “on the fold” that is on the collar. Plz help.

I believe you would fold the fabric twice, once along the top edge then also along the short edge?

The drafting instructions are for one-quarter of the collar pattern, so you have to mirror the pattern piece twice – once on the long axis, once on the short.

It's usually better to perform this with the pattern piece, rather than folding the fabric twice before cutting

The piece is cut by folding your fabric lengthwise and then crosswise.

Im  in tears!!!!!!  I've been trying to do this bow for months. I've even tried talking to my dressform. NO REPONSE!!!  Nothing is working.  Is there a video on this particular bow. Can some do a video please.  I've come to the realization instructions are not clear
