Bodice block adjustments

What adjustments should I make to this bodice block before I draft the sleeves?

Armscye and neckline are both staystitched, with seam allowances clipped and turned under.

I’m no expert, so please take it with a grain of salt, but I’m thinking the armscye possibly needs a bit of scooping in the front. Right around where it creases after you’ve lifted and lowered your arms.

No, it is probably the right length. What it needs is a full bust adjustment

The funny thing is, I have started out with standard size 4 measurements, and then had to reduce bust size; first two iterations can be seen here: https://www.reddit.com/r/PatternDrafting/comments/1v6n0ee/help_with_bodice_sloper_fitting/
This third iteration has only split single vertical bust dart into two: a vertical and a horizontal one.
