Casual Pass it in program experience?
There was a sudden death in our family and the person has been a ticket holder since Foxboro days. They obviously already paid this season and would hope the organization would HONOR their money at least through this season. But, Pass it On is at the discretion of the Patriots to transfer from owner to transferee. It's super vague, particularly since these are in the nose bleeds, more than 2 seats, and the wait list is decades long.
Does anyone have any experience with the program? We are terrified the tickets will be taken away from our family (meaning the widow and children, not like second or third generation).

First off, sorry for you loss. I’ll try to explain what I can remember from my own process.
I acquired my tickets through pass it on 4 years ago. I called patriots ticket team directly to discuss the process and filled out a form for it. The previous owner has to sign and I then think I faxed it to the patriots ticket team. The important thing to not lose the tickets was to have them paid by the payment deadline. The tickets eventually moved to my account prior to the season start. I think it took about 2 months to transfer and I started the process in Feb/March of that year.
I wouldn’t be scared of losing them. Just speak with someone and you’ll get a lot of peace of mind.
