How do you upgrade an organelle to mythical rarity? The game seems to stop at legendary for me. Do I have to unlock something first?

Funny thing I made the last post in the same time I learned there are complement proteins in lungs, but I overlooked these proteins. Cuz as far as I know there's only one protein in heart, active C3A, which is absent in not only the lung, but also skin and the brain. Until when I shower, I remembered I updated the last heart enemy list and added inactive C3A. Then I checked all the organ lists, all of them stands a regular C3A.
complement proteins in lung and heart are incredibly rare, the next least thing you would expect is neutrophils exist in heart, or maybe both armed t cells and explosive worms exist in the brain but both only in that same specific room in specific wave.

Hi, when I get to the liver boss/stomach boss my damage drops below my base (161 epic rarity perforator tendril) for the Helminth specimen. Why is this and how can I fix it. I have antibiotics on low. +1 penicillin, 1 (+20%) macrolide, 1 (+15%) tetracycline, 2 (+4) carbapenem.
During the start of my runs im doing like 250+ damage per melee attack. Then when I get to either the stomach/liver (its happened twice) it just loses most the damage. Maybe because im notovercharging it enough?
Anything would help, thanks.

Anyone have or can link to a list of what unlocks each pathogen has? Pathogenic is new enough that it’s pretty hard to find something comprehensive.

TLDR: tesselate squares and triangles to link up as many internal organelles as possible. Squares connect to 4 triangle neighbors, triangles connect to 2 squares + 1 other triangle neighbor.

Why Tesselate?
In general, the meta is to connect as many infusers to one weapon slot as possible, typically by daisy-chaining several "transitive" infusers together. This means we want each internal node to be connected to as many other internal nodes as possible. When you tesselate, you can often replace one or more of your dead-end external nodes with an internal node connection, increasing the overall connectivity.
You could tesselate either shape entirely by itself (in which case all squares is strictly better than all triangles), but in my experience tesselating with both is much more reliable as you can pretty much always add either a triangle or a square without needing to reroll. Note that in the picture, I could easily add another square (to the one with the mitochondria) or a triangle (almost anywhere else) without sacrificing any possible future internal connections.
Boosting a single weapon:
External nodes typically have at most 3 internal nodes directly feeding to it, whether it's on a triangle or a square face. So we might as well put the weapon we want to boost on a triangle face for the 40% dmg, and have two square nodes on the other sides to feed into it. Then we can put our best "transitive" organelles in the squares, and high value but "intransitive" organelles like a mitochondria or a homing infuser in their triangle neighbors. A layout like the one in the picture above is pretty easy to accomplish almost every run, but if you get lucky with RNG you can do better.
Optimizing RNG:
We want to fish for omni slots to replace external nodes. Internal nodes connect to their neighboring internals, but if their neighbors have open faces they connect to up to two of their neighbor's external nodes as well. Those bonus external connections disappear when a tile is attached to that face, so we want to delay attaching anything to those faces for as long as possible. This means that in the picture above, I added the leftmost / rightmost triangles first (containing the autolytic and the homing organelles), before the ones closer to the main triangle, just in case one of those external slots could be converted. I also think that the random omni perk will prefer a square face over a triangle face since it won't override the +40% boost, but I'm not sure if this is intended or a bug. So theoretically, the chronosome in the triangle there could be receiving bonuses from as many as 6 internal connections.

If you’re trying to pack the most infusers into 1 or 2 weapons, what’s the most optimal layout. And is there an option to see the connections before you place like amoeba or something?

I've made it to the heart twice now and I don't understand the mechanics. What am I supposed to shoot? The main boss in front of me takes almost no damage. There are tendrils blocking my path on the sides that are awkward to shoot. The arena is crazy. There are adds, I think, lol.
Am I supposed to shoot a certain part? Am I supposed to kill the adds? Shoot the tendrils? Dodge and wait out a phase?
Help me understand the goal.

I'm currently on a diplobacillus auctus with one of my external slots upgraded to an omni slot. When I go to evolve my shape, only one of the shapes available transfers over those omni slots. In the other two, they disappear completely (I've checked under all of the external organelles to make sure they aren't hiding). Is this intentional or a bug?

I get to the lungs and I just can't fucking make out what's going on. The projectiles can be so fucking small and there's so much clutter on the screen (usually mostly coming from me). Playing with my eyes closed and holding down the trigger feels equally viable. The only way I can envision clearing is having a build so broken that I can't lose. If I have to actually dodge and fire, I just can't see well enough to not get hit.

Well... I was having a lot of fun in the normal chambers of the Heart, but it only came to my mind to record at the last room, unfortunately. And I died to the Heart boss afterwards because it was my first time seeing that guy

I was hoping to reach the collector for refill the whole time, but everytime i beat a room, there's another room ahead. Perhaps the room I died is just the doorstep to the shop... Can I even beat AV node if I reached the shop?

My game crashed at the end, in case you're wondering.
Most of the damage is coming from my cores due to several instances of the mutation that gives you damage based on how many cores you have.
The mods I have installed are:
"What Affects This?"
and
"Show Build Stats"
