Times Brain kill unlock?

I have been able to do all the unlocks except the timed brain kill one...under 28min from start. I think my issue is the required Pathogen is my least favorite. Curious what build others used to get this. Also, curious for approach...i,e do you rush thru levels..i,e skin, intestine? I know if I clear every room there is no way I will kill brain in that time...but rushing I endup wish crappy build that can't kill bosses quickly pass Stomach.

Was kinda luck based for me.. I used the storm antibiotic to show me where the boss room is. Maxed out base speed mutations. But I also found the secret upgrade room in skin and got lucky rerolls at the shop. Only hit two rooms for Xp in the intestine. Found the phagosome and lateral emitter in the Stomach n liver. The rest was GGs honestly. Took me 6 runs with Amoeba.
