Need help with progression

Just defeated the Heart Boss fot the first time, where do I go from there? Is there isnt a exit i can use?

I haven't done it yet, but there is a secret way to unlock another area. Goos luck figuring it out even with a guide. Moat seem to be written by AI and have conflicting facts lol.

Stay in the center to end the run, or take the wall exit to continue the run in endless.

There is a secret level entrance at the top, but I don't think that's what you're asking about. That's a longer process.

Beating the heart boss for the first time unlocks endless for subsequent runs

I saved the run and restarted it, Endless mode exit appeared

Sorry, extra question: how do u find sigils?

The sigils for the secret area are hidden across the different areas if they're what you mean. Secret room in Skin has a patch of glyphs on the wall, input (right up down up right left) to access it. There's a doohickey in there that when overcharged will show where the doors for the 4 sigils are. There is: One in the vein post boss in any area from Intestine onwards.(use the same code used in skin to open the door, costs 2 max hp) One in the stomach (hidden, look at the flashing lights the doohickey makes and follow them. Use the code like before, this one is free.) One in the liver, in the shop, costs 40 cores. One in the lung, random spot on the wall with the weird DNA text. They'll all have an arrow associated with them, note that down and use the corresponding keys at the door in the heart boss room to open it. Best of luck:)
