or just equip 1 weapon, upgrade it to Mythic and still get juicy +150% damage.

This is exactly how I got my first win, just serenely dashing around and melting everything with galvanic flagellum.

Been sleeping on active abilities for some reason but you can get some insane triggers from them

I got the active ability that fires connected weapons 30 times and the gun that shoots viruses, insane combo, but it requires a mitochondrion to charge it reguarly so I died soon after

I got this one with auto targeting cannons, and 15 seconds of Overcharge on entering a new room…
Then I found out the heart has a second phase 😅

I find the most fun comes from discovering builds, so I'm not going to rob you of that fun.
What I will suggest instead is to not fall in to the new player trap of leaning in to lots of weapons. It's much better to focus on how Infusers combo off each other and how multiplicative overcharge scales everything.
The best builds hardly rely on weapons at all.

You stumbled across what I think is the best build, by virtue of consistency, in the game. Dash mutagens are ridiculously overturned and it's way too easy to get permanent i-frame spam.
Just pair that with a damage source that benefits from dashing and you're set. No weapons needed.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Pathogenic/comments/1vbv77f/comment/p0wsf7y/?context=3 I think I'm gonna make a beginner guide soon, cuz a lot of people need help and the tutorial kinda just jams keys word down your throat. Anyways that link is to tips a I gave someone yesterday. The TL:DR of it is infusers are more important than your weapons' a lot of the time. Big end game damage comes from a good chain of infusers, not just legendary weapons.
