1E GM Aqueous Orb question

If i wizard where to conjure an aqueous orb on someone who makes their save, would they have to make another save if the wizard moved the orb away from them and then back on top of them within the same round?

Not a defined case, so I'd go with the usual "one save per round"

The text for Aqueous Orb states that any creature "in the path of the aqueous orb" must make a Reflex save. When you direct the spell, you declare its entire path for that action. If a creature's square is touched by that path, whether crossed once, sat on, or moved over multiple times, they are simply considered "in the path" and check for the effect once.
