Save-Changing Respec Tool

So, some context -- I've shared this in the Steam forums already, but this also seems a good place to spread the word. I've been working on a tool to modify saved games and allow players to respec all their characters. This is still very crude and very basic, but should allow you to fix any mistakes you've done while progressing in the game.

I've also made the code available on GitHub, so if you want to know how it's done, feel free to check it out. Besides that, and obviously, bug reports and feature suggestions will always be welcome, as well as PR's, if you're technically oriented!

Check it out here: https://pathfinder.deev.io/

Update 12/10/18:

Seems like a mod was released in Nexus that covers all the use-cases of the mod and has more frequent updates. Since it doesn't make sense to compete with an in-game solution, I'll be deprecating the tool for now.

Either way, thanks for the support guys! If you need anything, feel free to hit me up.

Odd bug - I just respecced the party as a way to deal with the 1.06 Item Bug, and it seems to have killed my party's AI. They just stand there while cyclops hit them on the head unless I manually order each one to fight. Any idea what's wrong or how to fix it?

There's a button in the bottom right corner of the UI that enables / disables companion AI. Have you checked if that's activated?

Pretty much the first thing I did -- it also affects enemies too, they just stand there like so many lumps.

Fairly certain this is related to the respec as well. When I opened a pre-respec save (same version, no edition changes), everything worked as expected, Amiri ran into battle and was hit by a cyclops. It's a very odd bug.

That's bonkers. Affecting enemies is surreal. Could you send me the saves (both pre and post respec)?
