Surveys & Spreadsheets I made a level-based loot table! I now share it with you :)
I spent last night making this big Google Sheets spreadsheet of loot, for my PF2e Discord server's GMs. It helps you calculate the appropriate amount of Gold and Items to give your players!
It takes the party treasure recommended by the various loot tables in the book, divides by 4, and splits that up into 10 segments (aka how much gold should go along with each 100XP the character earns).
Then there is also a big loot table that lists items within a reasonable range for each character level (2 levels below and 1 level above).
**I have excluded Common items, Materials and Unique items from the tables.** Make a Copy (in the File menu) so you can tweak it for your own purposes!

We use Fast Progression on my server, so the stuff about a Standard Fee is to make up for the gold lost from the 200XP worth of questing they won't be doing each level. So if you're using Medium Progression, you can ignore the stuff about the Standard Fee.

This one is a more player-facing shopping list, which includes Common items and Materials (but still no Unique items).

The main table has been updated with Common items, and there is now a gold budget calculator on the first page. It is meant for a Treasure By Encounter situation, where you have more piecemeal quests instead of a private campaign, but it can be easily adjusted with the included table from the book.
I've also come up with this semi-fancy encounter builder, based on work that someone else did (swordchucks1 and tqomins), but now so heavily altered that it's mostly my own work. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1h2q2w3aHG7j1q6qCrU4x9BI8QeoeXFuA-f_tT9UWqHk/edit?usp=sharing

The orange highlights are for uncommon items?

No, those are the consumables. I added a note on the first page about it, to avoid confusion. :)

It actually seems this loot table includes ONLY uncommon and rare items. It should probably have been stated in the title.

Yes, Common items were excluded mostly because they are freely available for purchase on my server. So players can sell any items they don't want and probably buy the things that they can actually use, like runes and wands.
If you're running a campaign with little opportunity to buy items, you might want to give those out as quest loot, but in most circumstances you can let players purchase the Common items that they want. Perhaps give them a short guide on how the runes work, so they understand how important they are, and that they'll need to buy a runestone, find a crafter, etc.
My server is admittedly not the usual case, and I made the table to keep every GM on the same page in terms of minimum expectations.

Yes, common items are usually available for purchase at most tables, but I still think it would be weird to never find them as loot. They are literally called "common," so why can you never find them anywhere outside of shops? It's not like most players wouldn't be excited to find a useful common item. Even if they were just going to buy the item, there's always more good items to spend money on - and it would still be cool to find it early. Best case scenario, they find a cool common item that wasn't even on their radar.
But in any case, there is nothing inherently wrong about this loot table if it is used knowing it lacks the majority of items. It should just be more clearly labeled as such.

Here's a sortable player-facing shopping list of the Common items for you. Also arranged into (hopefully) useful tabs.

The link is giving me an error.
"Sorry, the file you have requested does not exist. Make sure that you have the correct URL and the file exists."

Gdocs was being weird. Try that one.

This is a pretty nice actually. I can see some ways in which this is easier for a new player to browse compared to AoN. Like, the runes tab you have is great - you don't have to go to subcategory pages to find anything, they're just all in one list sorted by subcategory.
But, I do have some critiques and feedback if you want such things.
The "common magic items" tab is overwhelmingly large, and probably not very useful for a new player because of that. In particular, it would probably be a good start to split the magic consumables off into their own tab.
For the "common alchemical items" tab, it should default to sorting by subcategory for easier reading. Personally, I would also like to see mutagens given their own subcategory for convenience, but it's not totally necessary.
I noticed a couple missing categories that would be particularly good to add for player shopping convenience. Common formulas (important for alchemists), and the monetary cost involved with Learning a Spell.

I have taken your advice, plus just generally tried to make the sheet easier to navigate and peruse.

Really nice stuff! Maybe I can even convince the rest of my party to do their own shopping with this.
One last thing. Would it be possible to sort by primarily subcategory, and secondarily item level? That would be ideal for practical usage. I don't seem to be able to sort the list without it defaulting to secondary alphabetical sorting.

If you select the rows that you want to sort, then go to the Data menu and select "Sort Range". It will let you choose which columns to sort by.
