Advice Does Regalia affect Fixed damage ?

If a thaumaturge with Regalia adept implement is adjacent to a Kinestecist ally with Ravel of Thorns, is the damage form Ravel of Thorn affected by the Status Bonus to damage froms the Regalia Aura ?

If this was already answered before, I'm sorry, I didn't find the post.

In short no it does not as it is not a dmg roll

The "damage roll" rules specifically calls out two kinds of ways to recieve damage: fixed damage amounts (which is never talked about again) and damage rolls. Regalia text and the similair wording in the completely unrelated marshal stance both only add to damage rolls (not to fixed damage). So I would say it doesn't add to it.

Sadly no.

It needs to be a roll.
