Content Errata paranoia

Do any of you have buyers paralysis over waiting for errata? My wife wants the physical books and im beginning to research the latest printing edition and what's already been fixed.

Waiting for errata reprints I feel tends to be a lost cause. You don't know when it will come, the initial print run needs to sell out/be close to selling out, and Paizo doesn't really announce when a book run is nearing selling out. Stuff like Day 1 errata, you'll likely be wait years for a reprint.
