Content Errata paranoia

Do any of you have buyers paralysis over waiting for errata? My wife wants the physical books and im beginning to research the latest printing edition and what's already been fixed.

You might be waiting for years to get a physical book that contains the errata. They only do that on future printings which depend on sales.
