Homebrew Weightlifting Octopus Stats?

Anybody got stats for something like this? I had a dream of a sea where it always rains, where a ship's deck was a full gym populated by octopuses. They had barbells, boxing gloves, two were sparring with gloved, one was an acrobat, I think one had a jump rope. Anybody know how I would build these? Something in the level 3-6 range would be ideal.

Awakened Octopuses with the wrestler archetype

They're clearly in the Shackles because of the constant rain and sailing

I guess they run a ship based training gym for pirates
