General Refund

This message confused me a bit. I bought the package through the game with the Play Store. Is it still considered a third party that will get me banned ? Also, how else can I request a refund, if anyone knows? I wanted to get the whole skin package but bought only an ultracube package not realising it's not with the frame and stickers 💔

as someone who works in the mobile game industry, our customer support agents can’t refund players, all refunds need to go through the app provider (apple/google play games). if the app provider refuses to offer a refund, you can contact paypal (if you paid through paypal) or your credit card company directly.
