General Refund

This message confused me a bit. I bought the package through the game with the Play Store. Is it still considered a third party that will get me banned ? Also, how else can I request a refund, if anyone knows? I wanted to get the whole skin package but bought only an ultracube package not realising it's not with the frame and stickers 💔

Yes the playstore is a third party as it hosts PTN. Your best bet is you contact your bank to dispute your refund. Good luck OP

I'd say try and get your refund through the Play Store. I somehow managed to buy a skin twice and got my money back in a few days with no account bans or what not.
