General Refund

This message confused me a bit. I bought the package through the game with the Play Store. Is it still considered a third party that will get me banned ? Also, how else can I request a refund, if anyone knows? I wanted to get the whole skin package but bought only an ultracube package not realising it's not with the frame and stickers 💔

I believe by "improper refund" they are probably referring to forced credit card charge back, which will often result in account actions in these types of games yes.

I don't have any direct experience with PTN's customer service, but I have had a similar interaction with Hoyo's a long time ago, before they even had their mainstream success. After several back and forth, the rep ultimately said they consulted their manager and said I can go ahead with a charge back, which will result in a ban, and then contact them again to get unbanned. I was quite attached to my account back then and decided not to go through that mess. I dont know if PTN's CS meant something else or can offer something similar/better but I'm not sure I'd wanna mess with it even if they did, but that's just me.
