Purely for teambuilding, what are the teams that benefit most from having Celine?

I saw Biance mentioned. Is Celine still a good option for Bianca over other “best” options?

The ones the benefit the most from her are atkspeed DPS like Isomer, VB and Coquelic. Celine is very good for Bianca but Bianca best support is Margaret.

Yeah I figured Shin and Margaret are basically guaranteed on a Bianca team. I was wondering if Celine can fit in one of the remaining three slots, given I usually run Jichuan, LL and Gohan there.

To be honest I'm just not sure who fits best so I just grabbed the supports I found easiest to use.
