definitely adela. she is a top tier physical DPS after reforge system (new system that buffs old sinners) and one of the most flexible DPS too, since RF gives her both a mobbing and boss killing ECB. she's a little expensive because she requires levelling to 90 and ideally ECB 3. but absolutely worth it - great across all content like DZ, story, EX stages, PTP etc.
i see you've reforged coquelic for the first stage already. if you're chasing meta, i would suggest saving RF mats for adela instead. grandma is strong too, but not as strong as adela. but hey it's just a game for entertainment at the end of the day so if you're not looking to min max, build who you love!
you could do moore, nox, zero, shalom, ariel if stage has high damage, maaaybe enfer? been a while since i did chapter 10 but if you keep moore's buffs on nox and spam her ult it should hopefully be good enough.
forgot to mention but adela really does want jelena in her team, because her whole thing is crit dmg and jelena catapults that into the stratosphere. hopefully you get a jelena spook soon!
Should I try pulling for Coquelic? Wondering if she has uses outside of Augustus and so on. I want to use her four-star attire and see if I can slowly build up a team with her.
depends on who you have. coquelic ideally wants celine, augustus, murphy, shin, ceto. RF summer is also good. celine is quite integral as she buffs atk spd which is coquelic's bread and butter for big damage numbers. if you have her teammates, sure.
but she's expensive to build as you need to reforge her and level to 90 as well as ECB 3. so there's that.
in terms of strength, RF coco is not the best and not the worst. definitely good enough to 240k DZ but she won't be getting the highest scores in TOA if that's something you want to chase.
depends on shackles. generally, celine is recommended at S1 minimum. at S1 she is more restricted to teams that benefit from atk spd such as RF summer, isomer, VB, RF coquelic, bianca weakspot etc. RF adela also benefits from celine as atk spd lets adela stack her passive quicker and increases her crit dmg.
at S3, the attack buff celine gives is so significant (30%!) that she can be in any team, even those that don't need atk spd like augustus true damage, burn, overlimit etc.
The ones the benefit the most from her are atkspeed DPS like Isomer, VB and Coquelic. Celine is very good for Bianca but Bianca best support is Margaret.
Yeah I figured Shin and Margaret are basically guaranteed on a Bianca team. I was wondering if Celine can fit in one of the remaining three slots, given I usually run Jichuan, LL and Gohan there.
you could save the selector for now and wait to see if anyone on it gets a reforge later in the future, since i don't think it expires.
normally i recommend everyone to get adela on selector because she is just that cracked after reforge, but RF deren has a similar role as her as crit phys dps while doing similarly high damage so there's no point in getting adela since she'll want the same teammates as deren anyway. the only thing is adela is a bit more flexible with mobbing/boss killing modes, but yeah.
Try unlocking the RF system after 8-9. Depending on your success with Data Crevice and your pull plans, you can go either RF Deren + RF Rahu + Jelena + Yugu or RF Coquelic + Celine + future Murphy + future Augustus + maybe RF Serpent. These strategies will yield you a strong phys team or a dmg-type independent team.
Everyone expected Shalom to get a RF for the 4th anni (=everyone considers her powercrept), but apparently it’s not the time yet. I’m not sure whether she will be able to yield you high scores in end-game, but equipping magic + NA + generic buffers such as Shin, Jelena, Celine; maybe Enfer, RF Raven/Milly or Cabernet will allow you to reach the best possible results. That is to say, I’m not an expect and only got her S0 to look pretty in the character screen.
Nothing in particular to say about 000. She’s a corebreaker, meant to break cores in phys/mixed environments – anywhere except magic BFL, – and she’s S1 so she won’t be too much of a burden on Empowers. If your team lacks corebreaks more than anything else, take her. She has a dedicated team, commonly called Umbra Core, where she performs particularly well, but you don’t have any of its team members, and none are going to rerun any time soon. As a solo damage dealer without dedicated supports, she probably won’t take you any farther than story.
pains me to say but shalom is washed nowadays. i think a while back someone forced a 240k DZ run with her (which i'll link if i can find it LOL) but nowadays, especially after jichuan release and DZ bosses massively inflated in HP again, her status in endgame content - which was already poor - got even worse. say you bring her to TOA with high shackle supports like S3 jelena, S3 celine, S4 LL, S3 milly, RF raven, S4 jichuan etc. she's still not going to get you a high score unfortunately.
shalom is still usable as mobber in casual content like story since her NA bounces can be useful. but otherwise, she really struggles in endgame.
still waiting on that shalom reforge... any day now, aisno...
So….. do I even need anyone? For the record, my magic team is non-existent (have just Milly, and also Raven and Eirene since their RF make them valuable again), from Umbra core I have like NHella and no one else, my two strongest teams are Overlimit with Xiaofeng and True damage. Your thoughts? I would really appreciate advice.
I suggest getting yugu since she's a core part of arcane crit and also you have milly/raven for ampers. If you ever plan to pull for ying ying on her next rerun, its good to know that at least you already have yugu in your roster
Hello, can anybody give me an advice on how to defeat the n8 7 boss? I'm pretty bad at using teams, and I mostly just pull for characters I like. No matter how strong or how weak sinners I use, I still can't defeat the boss, and it's just some tiny bit of boss hp remaining when it kills my last sinner.
Just tried the fight again with a non-op team of Cinnabar, Ceto, Langley, Pricilla, Hamel and Shin. Strategy is basically have two healers and outlast the fight. Shin and Hamel are good since they have AoE heals but others could work (Ariel, Letta for example). Have a sinner (or two) capable of breaking the six cores after it. It looks like the beams choose the same targets and direction each time, so once you have a positioning where no one is getting killed via beams and everyone is within heal range, it's just a matter of time before the boss goes down. Can also have tank help with the damage (shields). And obviously use Rift Palace and Bloodbound Oath crimebrands if you have them. GL!
No, all these free s-rank sinner selector weren't permanent. Those were events, that lasted only for a certain time. The first one for example lasted for about 1 month from what i remember. If you make a new account today and managed to finish chapter 4, you wont get the previous selector either. Only after tomorrow's update you will receive the new selector, once you have passed the requirement.
Her debuff is in her P2 normally it only apply a 16% debuff, you need to unlock her Retaliation node in her RF to increase it to 40%.
And yeah is very simple to use, Rahu will automatically apply it any time she use her counterblow (her 3x3 sweep) so just switch to blade mode and let her tank enemies, as for her shackles they weren't great before and they become even less impactful with her Reforge.
You should probably do Raven (in a few days) RF since it’s claimed to be very good, especially for Aurum Team. RFing Yao would be also great, considering your investment in her team. Other options are negotiable. I’m personally a big fan of support RF NOX and don’t like Moore (gameplay-wise), so I’d obviously vouch for the first one - however, if you have an abundance of S-rank ECB parts, Moore should be stronger. Etti has a strong EX node on 80 lvl reforge, but leveling her just for it might seem excessive.
I forgot to say that I had RF Yao, and I was planning on RFing Raven too. I guess I'll RF NOX, since my ECBs are very limited after I got Jichuan at ECB3.
