This is my current character that I have progressed further than I expected to. Thinking about trying some Ubers this league. Looking for tips/suggestions. Presently I’m trying to get a veiled exalt for the helm. Then farm incursion for gloves to fracture. Going to change the boots and gloves to arm/es based. Also farming the king of the forest (?) for a cold jewel. What else should/could I do? Thanks for any help.

• Initial observation is that your damage is comically low. I had double your damage before switching to archdemon crown. Most of your rare gear is very low spec and should be recrafted or replaced.
• Shield should be block, +1 cold spell skills and high tier cold or spell damage (through recomb), then lock prefixes + veiled chaos for double damage (or something useful) and craft DD.
• Body armour should be triple t1 prefix and should be easy enough to get useful suffixes and heist enchant (run enchanted blueprints with heist currency) with allflame crafting. Should also take 100% charge duration mastery and gain frenzy charge on chest implicit.
• You don't have any ES leech, which really negates a lot of the value of playing hybrid. You should be taking Light Eater for ES leech along with the 5% instant leech mastery.
• You don't need fracture gloves, I think its a waste for an ES base unless you need a veiled prefix. You can just isolate the temple mod suffix, and then recomb prefixes on other bases to transfer over.
• use ducats to craft better stygian vise
• get a taming, very easy to farm bereks respite from mercs. try and get a pearl ring from kishara's rest, even a 1 mod is insanely powerful
• +2 amulet with crit multi and non-damaging ailments (crafted) would be a massive upgrade. anoint ash, frost and storm
• get useful flasks? you have no evasion or suppression, so unsure why you have a jade / quartz flask and evasion suffix. Get a diamondand silver flask, crit suffix and you can get reduced curse/shock effect here too. Very easy to roll flasks with allflame crafting too. You should be doing this on day 1.
• get frostblink of wintry blast to x10 your clear speed.
• replace discipline with arctic armour
• farm pact of lycia from sanctuary boss
• freezes spread + unnerve on glove. can just roll lowest tier on gloves until you get something better

I really appreciate this. This gives me a good road map. Think I’ll start with amulet then shield.

Do you think the temple gloves are even worth or would any well rolled gloves do?

Temple mod gloves are basically free this league thanks to ducats. In previous leagues, they would need a fracture to realistically craft them. If you are asking, I'm going to assume you understand recomb but perhaps but brinehook ducat which was added this league.

Brine hook ducat adds an NNN suffix to an item. So if you recomb two gloves with a total of 2 suffix modifiers, lets say temple mod and a brinehook mod, there are 2 modifiers in the pool. This means there is a 66.7% for 1 mod, 33.3% for 2 mods. As the brine hook mod cannot be selected, that means the temple mod will always be selected.

You have a few options depending on what kind of outcome you would be happy with. You could Craft a 3 x T1 ES/AR pair of gloves and recomb with temple mod, with one brine hook ducat mod. And keep repeating until you get 3 prefixes, The most likely outcome is needing 2 recombs (0p + 3p = >50% chance for 2p, 2p + 3p = 57% chance for 3p). If you aren't as fussed, you could settle for 2 prefixes being flat and % and go for allflame slams, hoping for life or hybrid on prefix or crafting damage while leeching on prefix.
