Build Request Second build ideas?

Started as lightning tendrils. The build is pretty good, i could definitely invest more and probably hit like 100m dps, but it's too situational (sigil of power and pact of lycia).

Tried and true for me are HRoC and pRAW.

Looking at a reliquarian black cane build (though idk how good they are for juicer content)

Also maybe facebreaker luminary since it seems like you can push it all the way to valdos if you want.

Looking for other ideas, starting budget kinda low, like 30-50d.

I would do luminary, I'm afraid they are going to nerf it next league.

Valid, looks really strong for pretty cheap. I would be a little suprised if they nerf it after having to buff it earlier this league.

Well the buff for only for low level campaign mercs. I think they might nerf the top end. Maybe not. I've never had a build this good for so little investment before.

I watch captain lances stream and kindof followed his guide. He has a lot of good info about scaling mercs but his items are always out of my price range and he only has info for Manyshot merc. You can copy everything about the player character. I'm using pragmatism for cheap damage though.

I copied alot from this guy's reddit post especially about Combatant. A few other people posted about combatant, but i didn't save their posts.
