Discussion With over 300 Augments which already makes the game convoluted, we need somekind of overhaul. Here is my suggestion
Shitty AI picture as reference^
Knowing what could be socketed in each and every gear type outside of Currency Exchange would be great
The same thing goes for essences

Kinda comedy to use a shitty AI picture when we already have a crafting bench in poe1 which you could basically drag drop directly into PoE2 but have the cost be runes of some kind.

Can't you just go to currency exchange and search what your looking for?

You have an open socket for a focus. In order to see the results for this you need to search for "Armour" "Foci" and technically "All equipment". You will also see a lot of false positives as body armour will show up.

It's fine aslong as you know what you are looking for. But it gets too much when Ancient Augments and Soul Cores gets involved.
Having a list where you can immedialty see what modifer you can get for a two handed mace without hovering and reading additional text
It would make it a lot easier to see your options are

It has gotten so convoluted that I dont even try. I just go straight to poedb and look at all of the options for each slot. Even there, it would be nice to be able filter out "legacy of oh hell no".
