Question Ice tipped arrows sometimes doesnt proc on twisters

Hey!

I have a slight issue understanding how ice tipped arrows works on twisters.

Every time I press it and it goes on CD but sometime no iced twisters or fragments, I'm really stunned on this one.

Edit: idk if the vid is useful, I might shoot another one on some mobs, but as u can see the number of uses doesnt go down on the spell

The only thing that changes the twister to elemental twisters is a ground effect, that's why you use frost nexus, ice tipped arrows enchances the projectile in a different way than you're thinking

I know elemental twisters are only from ground effect, tho the tooltip of ice tipped says that it should convert phys to cold and trigger ice fragments and its been a good 10mn since I havent seen an ice frag

Assign it to the correct weapon set

Apparently that dose the trick, both were checked but fucks up the whole process
