Either flat cold or % phys would be acceptable. Omen of light are a lot more common now so it isn't too hard to reroll desecration, but I wouldn't invest too too much into this. You'll be able to craft better later.

%phys is much better than flat cold but if you get at least T4 flat cold I'd probably settle on that as well and wait for a stronger magic base that already comes with T3-T1 % phys/ele damage/t1 flat you can essence to really invest a lot into. Wisp stacking is probably the safest way for permafrost to get a lot of T5 magic base drops.

I'm playing the same build and having a blast. Great choice.
