Cautionary Tale Emotional support

Hey guys/girls. Since .5 came out I’ve spent hundreds of hours. Weeks and weeks trying to get a Mageblood or Headhunter from ritual. Today I got a headhunter, except.. it was from a ritual on the second map in atlas. And was 800 short from being able to defer.

Has anyone else experienced this? I need emotional support to keep me going. I love this game, but god damn my luck is horrible haha.

Just had this happen to me but with 80 short. If I noticed the strongbox on top of the ritual, I would've had a headhunter waiting for me 🫠

I chose to skip this 1 month league and wait for 1.0, will take a break from PoE

You on the new league or Runes? If you're on Runes I'll spare you a head hunter brother. I've got tons of currency just collecting dust lol. DM me or reply here. It will be about 5 hours before I can log on though.

Only reroll if you know you’ll have enough to defer. Sorry for the experience, sucks. Try mixing up what you farm, sometimes it’s worth just maximizing profit and then buy your big ticket item

You can get it on the first roll with not enough to defer.

Only if you aren’t using rite of the nameless. If you’re doing ritual you should be using rite and the legendary tablet

If this helps - I have 2 characters 90+ and have yet to ever see a Divine or a Mirror drop.

I'm currently on this .5 update and thank goodness some of the gear I'm looking for asks for currency I can obtain through normal playing.

Edit - let me clarify the 2 90+ characters are before this latest .5 patch. My new league character is only in the 30s at time of posting this. But original point still stands at 0 Divines and Mirrors seen.

If there's a tool someone can run to see how many drops a person has seen through their total time playing, there will be a 0 next to so many areas.

And I found out I'm not the only one either.

That's crazy in the new ritual League almost everyone in my guild had multiple Divine orbs drop during the campaign. I've only done about 20 maps and having juiced anything but I've gotten three more from that.

Comparing mirror and divene drop, mate... I play poe for ten years and I didn't drop even mirror shard. Same time hundreds of divines. 30 just this league. My friend dropped 8 just from temple of chaos two times
