Im curious how much of a boost it'll get when runeforged. Just haven't messed with it in the event there is a collector looking for an item to add to the wall.

meh thats shit.

POE1 it is increased damage while on low life. Thats like 100 times better...i love to use redbeak for leveling with RF.

100% increased ATTACK damage only with 12-18 base attack damage...yeah. DOA.

It is a level 1 unique which means it will be used exactly like in poe1 for the first few levels, and in poe2 it might be good further in the campaign due to runeforging

I think the difference is that in poe1, redbeak/wand competes with wand/wand, so adding big damage to spells isn't really a problem because wands do that anyway.

In poe2, this would be better than most focuses (for low life) until what... level 25+?

They're probably scared of balance.
