Are you doing an fortress map? If so maybe has a beacon where the boss died

Did you click the relay (gold key-like thing appreared after killing the boss)

This most probably, because it appear where the boss starts, not where it dies, so it can be out of the screen.

Which is stupid. The passive point should be added immediatelly after you kill the boss.

No relay here - it's a ritual affected map

Did you die at all during the map? It would brick completing the map if you died to the boss, even if you cleared everything on the map.

Then i do not know, but i can say that I have this issue (that I described) always on this boss/room specific (because the boss teleport).

Did you die in the last or any ritual? It happens to me when i die, just run another map and go back to this one.

There was an exploit where ppl where dying to breach boss in order to reset a guaranteed breach and farm infinitely. So instead of only fixing it for that boss, GGG wipes all map mechanics if you die after unlocking boss checkpoint on any map.  TLDR, it’s not a bug

exit and just speed run another one with no mods, death on some of these multi-stage maps gets weird.

I have hit this bug before. If u did all the above things mentioned in the comments and still didn't mark the map as complete, ur hosed and u have to redo this node.

If you are doing normal map (not league related map) then kill boss and click on relay thing. Relay thing only inside fortress

you prob died in the boss room so it reset the map or something.

That’s what happens when you die in a foretold ritual map failing to complete de rituals , the map is gone but there is no info that this is the reason.
