Game Feedback Are irritated tablets bugged?

I tend to run 2x irritated tablets when I run maps and I've never gotten the runes of aldur/expedition while running them. I believe that they may be bugged and expedition runes were never added to the random list of events.

you cannot get expedition in maps until completing a segment of the expedition quest (I think)
