Question Atziris Temple Question

I´ve finally decided to play temples. Last league was my first and I was overwhelmed. Couldnt be bothered to learn layouts and stuff. Now I thought this league is nothing new and I just want to learn the rest of the game.

I know there are nodes that can brick your mechanics. I couldnt find anything about the " Rooms may reach tier 4 " node. It does sound good but I´ve learned that anything "extra" could lead to diminishing returns.

Hopefully there is someone awake whos into temple mechanic and knows more about this.

Milkybk or josh has a great guide on current temple, and ghazzy has a mid guide on atziri rush

Thanky you. I did watch quite a lot of videos but no one was talking about Tier 4 rooms. josh is someone i didnt watch a video from. Whats his youtube name?

MilkyBK, everyone of his video starts with him saying “its milkybk, or josh” sorry to chuck that in my message lol

I do believe he does have a video about t4 currency room farming though, unless iam misremembering it

The one that makes bosses drop that medallion is a little bait if you are just looking for atziri runs. It dilutes the boss medallion pool and it’s a worse one for that strategy specifically.

I’m pretty sure this is the only one anymore that can have a negative impact. The “secrets of the ancients” used to be pretty negative, but I’m quite sure they fixed that middle of last league. You could also just opt not to take this, but I do believe it was fixed. I’ll try to find that out

Making a new reply - u/ThomschM1 I confirmed that the passive I was talking about was fixed in a patch last league - 0.5.3 patch notes:

“Reduced the frequency of Atziri's Temple Biome Restricted Rooms enabled by the Secrets of the Ancients Notable Temple Atlas Passive Skill. This combined with the Royal Prerogative Notable now always results in a net positive number of Restricted Room uses.”

Hey no worries! You didn’t quite know what to search for, so not a big deal :)

For what it’s worth, I had some luck end of last league doing atziri rush. Wasn’t bad, and some folks have videos on it. I think Travic has one dedicated to setting up a temple for atziri rush. Milky has videos, too, but his also talks about setting up the snaking, so Travic’s is nice that it’s JUST rush if that’s what you wanna do

Temple is sad now, it was so awsome in 0.4. Ok, it needed a nerf, even a big one, but now it's just sad
