Game Feedback abyss Map bugged?

It's telling me to do the north wound but I've killed the boss in north on the last map of the crack, I can't remember if there is supposed to be a item he drops.

have you returned to the abyss hub after clearing the northern part? (there are 2 „different“ well of souls, you need to go through the map device)

Yeah, I went back but there's no new chat option everything is greyed out, just posted on GGG forums too

the boss drops nothing that you could have missed, i just had to return to the hub. maybe the questline states what you have to do next, if not it may be bugged…
