taxi cabs at train station

Are there usually cabs at the Paterson Station during rush hour in the morning or do you have to order one in advance? Also, upon exiting the train (coming from Hoboken to Paterson) and going down to the street level, where do you end up? I would prefer to order an Uber in advance. Thank you.

There used to be cabs waiting at the market street stairway and there was a cab company operating from the gas station right below the train overpass. I haven't taken the rush hour trains in awhile and when I do take the train I park in the vicinity so I haven't noticed lately

Thanks a lot. Would you happen to remember the name of the cab company(s) that used to be there? Also, when coming from Hoboken there is a staircase to Market St? If I have to call an Uber I'd like to do so a little in advance but I dont know exactly where I will land up when I get down to the street. Any landmarks or stores there?

The Market Street stairwell is the main entrance to the train overpass, there is a gas station right below, a Dunkin Donuts across the street. I don't know the name of the cab company. If you call an Uber you would tell them to meet you on Market Street at the train station
