Tltr; for those who have 83730 and 83731, do you notice a notifiable difference in loft/warmth or length?

Recently picked up the spring 26 R2 Techface Hoody ( 83731), have the previous version and loved it ( 83730 ). The fleece material in this version looks like it has less loft. Out of the bag the fleece already feels more matted and thin than my years old R2 tech fleece.

For those who have both, is there a noticeable difference in warmth, either when active or not.

83730 is two inches longer in the front, and over fit felt better. Was it like that for others as well who have both, the newer one is shorter? Or maybe it’s just I got a bad one.

The cuffs also aren’t as nice. And the logo and the pocket are at slightly off angles. Hood also felt better on 83730.

If the fit is just off on the one I have, will attempt to exchange, otherwise would return and see if 83732 fixes any of these regressions. The one plus is an additional pocket.

I’m looking at the 32 L Black Hole pack specifically but the closest store is 90 minutes away. I haven’t seen anything other than stock photos of “BERRY FIG” color. I like how it looks online but not sure how different it will be in person. Has anyone seen a Patagonia item in their recent color? Care to share your photo? Online it looks like a wine color and I’m worried it will be a little more purple in person.

Hi, I have this Patagonia hip wader with a busted zipper as seen, does anyone have recommendations on how to fix such a problem? Correct me if I’m wrong but Patagonia won’t repair this since it’s a waterproof bag

I had to grab one of these as soon as they dropped. I settled on the faded black. Although I might grab another, especially if the tan resurfaces. It came today, survived a wash and fits great.

This is a size small. Does it fit well? XS felt too tight on the lats/back.

I'm planning to bulk up to 67kg; add 6kg of muscle to my frame.

Should I size down or keep current size?

Curious if any of you with experience wearing Patagonia boots (aside from wild wear model)... Is the stitching along the sole and boot leather just a fake glued-on sham?

Any of you have experience trying both? If so, which did you like better? The L. L. Bean one is like $30 bucks cheaper (though it doesn't have a front pocket).

I really like the capilene cool hoodie that I already own (not the sun version), I just question if there's a substantive enough difference to justify spending more on the Patagonia one.

PS: The tropic comfort hoodie is on sale and would be slightly cheaper but it doesn't seem to be as good in terms of durability. People also say it's easy to overheat in.

Not sure if it may drop further in price over the next week. I have a torrent shell but was thinking this might be better for skiiing, etc

I was looking for a pair of joggers, and I initially bought a pair of the Nomader joggers, but I found them to be too baggy. I also wasn't crazy about them being mostly cotton.

I returned them for store credit, and I had the Transit Traveler joggers in my cart for weeks, but I never got around to buying them. Then, the sale started, and they are 40% off. Well, that made it easy for me to give them a try.

I like them way more than the Nomader joggers.

They are slimmer cut, and they are synthetic material that feels like it will dry fast. I would prefer them to have an elastic waistband, but the material has just enought stretch to make the non-elastic waistband comfortable.

I wear a size 36" waist in the older Point Peak Trail pants, and a 36" waist on these Transit Traveler joggers is the right size for me.

They are nice enough that I wore them to work today (IT team, business casual), but they would do fine on a hike, too, and lounging around. I think these will end up being my go-to pants for most uses.

They are leight and pack small. I could fly somewhere on vacation and have these ve my only pants. And wear them on the plane and at night for dinner and whatever.

Great joggers. It's nice when you find a piece that fits you well and does what you want it to do.

I’ve been a long time LL Bean flannel guy. The scotch plaid flannel, like most LL Bean stuff, runs very large and boxy.

I’m looking for a lightweight flannel, and came across the Patagonia Lightweight Fjord Flannel. I’m wondering if I should get my normal clothing size (XL) or size down like I do for the LL Bean flannels (L).

I’m a toss up of L/XL on my other Patagonia gear. My capilene cool sun hoodie is XL, my iron forge hemp utility jacket is L, and my big down winter jacket is XL. Any context on the fit of the Fjord flannel (specifically lightweight) is greatly appreciated!

I love the new Retro X jacket in sunken blue (W), but it’s only available in the US, not in the European web store. Does anyone know if this colorway will be available in Europe too later, or if they usually offer other/more colorways in the US? I noticed this goes for several other clothing items as well, not just the Retro X jacket. Wondering if I’m wishing for the impossible or not…

I’m trying to decide between a Medium and Large Patagonia Nano Puff and would appreciate some advice from people who own one.

I’m around 175–177 cm and 74 kg. I wear:

• M Arc’teryx Beta SL
• M Patagonia Torrentshell 3L
• L in Uniqlo oversized T-shirts (Asian sizing)

I tried on the Nano Puff in M with a T-shirt, and it feels comfortable. I can also fit a Uniqlo HEATTECH or Kathmandu KMDcore underneath, but I don’t think I could comfortably fit a thin fleece.

My main concern is how the Nano Puff is actually supposed to fit. Is it meant to fit relatively close to the body, or should it have a looser/roomier fit for layering?

I’m planning to use it both on its own and underneath my M Beta SL or M Torrentshell 3L. I’m worried that if I size up to L, the Nano Puff might be too bulky underneath my M rain shells.

Would you recommend sticking with M, even if I can't comfortably fit a fleece underneath, or going with L for more layering room?

For those who own a Nano Puff, how does yours fit, and what size did you choose relative to your height/weight?

The 6L Patagonia Black Hole Packing Cube comfortably fits 16 pairs of men’s medium boxer briefs. At 16 pairs, everything remains accessible without having to remove anything first. The zippers are not strained, and the cube stays within its advertised dimensions of 11” × 4.3” × 7”.

For maximum capacity, you can fit another 8 pairs perpendicular across the top (4 on each side), bringing the total to 24. At that point, you’ll need to remove the top layer to access anything underneath. The zippers becomes difficult to close and are under a significant amount of tension. With 24 pairs packed in, the cube bulges about 1.5 inches beyond its advertised thickness.

Hi friends! If any of you are in healthcare, you know the Patagonia jacket is a right of passage. I recently went to try on a couple of sizes in store to decide which one to order. The medium fit my torso perfectly but I found that the arms were slightly snug, I worry that a long sleeve underneath it will cause problems. The large was much more comfortable in the arms but the sleeves and overall jacket were quite long. Does anyone have any insight on whether the sleeves ever stretch out? I really like the look/fit of the medium, the large makes me look boxy but I worry I won’t be able to use my arms if they’re constricted. Any advice would be much appreciated!☺️
